Taps Fitness Group is a great way of Training in a group environment. Working with others who have similar goals and those who enjoy working hard together. Our workouts were created from the 3 areas of Training. Strength ,Endurance and Speed. We make sure that every workout is different so that you have something different to look forward to with every session.

Team up at Taps Fitness
Team up at Taps Fitness is our 6 Week program that we run as part of our Taps Fitness Group. Our program offers unlimited group classes, nutrition guideline, weekly updates, training programs and much more. The purpose of the Team up at Taps Fitness is to help our members stay on track with their health and fitness goals. It gives our members some focus as they work through their training. That way you have some purpose and motivation to train when you turn up.
