Taps Fitness will be running a FIT 4 SUMMER challenge. This is a great opportunity for you to get that body into shape before the end of the year! If you have thought about getting a little kick for Summer then this is right for you! With loads to offer, it will only take 6 weeks to get yourself on track and ready to roll.

Whats in the Challenge?

  • 4 x Week of Group Training Sessions - Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

  • Mixture of Strength, Speed and Endurance Classes. No Class is ever the same!

  • Full Inbody Scan in Week 1 and Week 6

  • Full Nutrition Guideline for the 6 Week Challenge

  • Fitness Testing in Week 1 and Week 6 to see your fitness improvements. 

  • Saturday morning sessions will be held a different location around Brisbane. Each week will be surprise location. 

  • Access to our Facebook Group and live updates.

  • Weekly Emails with updates, challenges, guidance and extra workouts

  • Fully catered Celebration and Awards night to finish the Challenge!

Important Dates for the Challenge

Friday October 11th - Full Inbody Scan Week 1  

Saturday October 12th - First Fitness Testing

 Friday November 22nd - Inbody Scan Week 6 

Saturday November 23rd - Final Testing Day

Friday November 29th - Celebration Night and Taps FitnessXmas Party
