Taps Fitness will be running a FIT 4 SUMMER challenge. This is a great opportunity for you to get that body into shape before the end of the year! If you have thought about getting a little kick for Summer then this is right for you! With loads to offer, it will only take 6 weeks to get yourself on track and ready to roll.
Whats in the Challenge?
4 x Week of Group Training Sessions - Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
Mixture of Strength, Speed and Endurance Classes. No Class is ever the same!
Full Inbody Scan in Week 1 and Week 6
Full Nutrition Guideline for the 6 Week Challenge
Fitness Testing in Week 1 and Week 6 to see your fitness improvements.
Saturday morning sessions will be held a different location around Brisbane. Each week will be surprise location.
