Taps Fitness is back with a 8 Week challenge for you. Ready to kick off 2020 on the right foot? Then jump into our 8 Week challenge to help you keep on track with your health and fitness goals for 2020. 

Whats in the Challenge?

  • Over 30 classes a week for you to chose from to suit your schedule. 

  • A mixture of Strength, Speed and Endurance classes. No class is ever the same. 

  • 8 Week Nutrition Plan to help with your Health and Fitness Goals. 

  • Full Inbody Scan in Week 1 and Week 8.

  • Strength and Fitness Testing to see your improvements in your training. 

  • Saturday Morning sessions will be held at different venues around Brisbane.
