Our 6 week challenge will test your endurance, strength and power! This challenge will get you training like the athlete you never knew you were!
With 6 weeks of eating well and training well all the while staying consistent, you will enjoy feeling healthy and feeling fit.  After 6 weeks you will participate in the Taps Fitness Games in which you will have fun participating in events that will test your improvements made during the 6 weeks.
