Our final challenge for the 2025 is here. Packed full of training, nutrition and support throughout the 6 weeks to help you with your fitness goals. If you're looking to getting in shape for the Summer and wanting to lose some fat, then this is the challenge to jump in on. Our 6 week challenge is about helping you reach your full potential and understanding how to eat and train. You can either jump in as a PT member or a TFG (Group Class) member.
