Our Classes can cater for all levels of fitness and can be a great addition to your weekly exercise routine or be your introduction to improving the amount of weekly physical activity.

Classes are capped at 8 people so you get more attention and help throughout the class.

Costs and Times

Currently there are two classes a week at 11.15am and 6.15pm on Wednesdays.

Costs are as follows:

          - $40 casual rate per class

          - $90 for 5 classes (used at any time)

          - $180 for 10 classes (used at any time)
