Regular attendance will see improvements in core strength and endurance, flexibility, balance and general whole body strength.
Our Classes can cater for all levels of fitness and can be a great addition to your weekly exercise routine or be your introduction to improving the amount of weekly physical activity.
Classes are capped at 8 people so you get more attention and help throughout the class.
Costs and Times
Currently there are 5 classes a week:
Monday: 7am & 11.15am
Wednesday: 7am & 11.15am
Costs are as follows:
- $30 casual rate per class
- $95 for 5 classes (used at any time)
- $180 for 10 classes (used at any time)
We also have a free introductory pilates session available as well!
