Taps Fitness Group is a fun and exciting way of training, exercising with others who have similar goals and those who enjoy working hard together. Our workouts were created from the 4 Pillars of Training: Strength, Endurance,Speed and Power. We make sure that every workout is different so that you have something different to look forward to with every session.

All sessions are held at Basement Level, 355 Queen Street, Brisbane CBD, 4000. All equipment is provided. Just bring a towel and water and your good to go!
We have over 20 classes a week for you to attend. Included in our timetable are pilates classes run by our Physiotherapist. It's a great way to enjoy some balance in your training schedule.
